As a Business Advisor in Sustainable HRM, Lise Boutery assists organisations in their transition to an agile and resilient organisational structure and culture, from high-level strategy to developing future-proof processes and procedures. Her passion is always to find the balance between Planet, People and Profit. Her clients include In The Pocket, Showpad, LoQutus, Ground Lion, AXI and Foodpairing. As a board member of the Biodynamic farming cooperative ‘De Wassende Maan’, she supports them in their sustainable strategy and execution to survive the profit driven food industry. Lise is keen to further assist organisations in their sustainable growth, 'to create environments where everything and everyone can be at its best'.
